Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tiebacks, and documentation are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
