How do I determine the correct size for my curtains?
To achieve a full look, we recommend ordering panels that are 2 to 2.5 times the width of your window. For length, measure from the rod to where you want the fabric to end, typically hitting the floor or hovering just above it.
What is the difference between blackout and room darkening curtains?
Blackout curtains are designed to block out 99-100% of incoming light and usually feature a specialized lining. Room darkening curtains significantly reduce light levels but may allow a soft glow to filter through.
Can I order fabric swatches before making a full purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches to see the color and texture in your home's lighting. You can order up to 10 swatches for a nominal fee, which is often refundable on your next full order.
What is your return policy for custom and ready-made drapes?
Ready-made items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. Please note that custom-made orders are tailored to your specific measurements and are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items typically process within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-7 days. Custom orders require additional tailoring time, usually shipping within 3-4 weeks from the date the order is placed.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation services, all our products come with detailed instructions. We recommend hiring a local professional handyman or window treatment specialist for complex hardware installations.
