Blackout curtains are designed to block out 99-100% of incoming light and usually feature a specialized lining. Room darkening curtains significantly reduce light levels but may allow a soft glow to filter through.
Can I order fabric swatches before making a full purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches to see the color and texture in your home's lighting. You can order up to 10 swatches for a nominal fee, which is often refundable on your next full order.
What is your return policy for custom and ready-made drapes?
Ready-made items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. Please note that custom-made orders are tailored to your specific measurements and are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items typically process within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-7 days. Custom orders require additional tailoring time, usually shipping within 3-4 weeks from the date the order is placed.
